Privacy Policy

How we use your data.

The data controller is Spirit of Youth, Žarkovačka 25, 11030 Belgrade, Serbia. Contact: office@spiritofyouth.eu.

1. Data and purposes

  • Contact: we use your name, email and message to answer your inquiry, based on our legitimate interest.
  • EcoRise: with your consent, we process contact details, information about studies, study funding or employment, participation and consents for selection and event organization. Your photograph is used for your event badge.
  • Website security: we process IP addresses, browser and access information based on our legitimate interest.

Required fields are marked; we cannot process a registration without them.

2. Who has access

Authorized staff and hosting/IT providers have access to data. Formspree processes contact messages; Google Fonts, CARTO and OpenStreetMap may receive technical data when content loads. These services may process data outside Serbia and the EEA; information about transfers and safeguards is available in the linked policies.

3. Retention

We keep contact messages for up to 12 months, unless a legal obligation or claim requires longer retention. EcoRise registrations are kept for up to 12 months after the event, and photographs for up to 90 days after the event. We keep technical logs as needed for security and resolving incidents.

4. Cookies and ads

The website uses necessary cookies to operate its forms. We enable Meta Pixel on the EcoRise registration page only with consent, to measure and improve ads. Meta receives IP addresses, device information, visits, completed registration events and cookie identifiers, which it may link to your account. We do not send the contents of the form to Meta.

We remember your choice for up to 180 days. You can withdraw consent through “Podešavanja kolačića” (Cookie settings) at the bottom of the registration page. Refusing does not affect registration. 5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent using the email above. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
