About the conference

Where sustainability
becomes concrete action.

Climate change and water access are among today's defining challenges. EcoRise responds through education, collaboration and practical youth-led action.

EcoRise Zlatibor is a four-day conference that brings together students, academia and industry to develop practical responses to sustainability, water and climate challenges.

The project is directly aligned with global challenges such as climate change and water access, in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 6 and SDG 13), while actively involving young people in building solutions.

Climate and water challenges demand cross-sector collaboration, which is exactly why EcoRise brings young people, academia and industry into one shared space.

The focus is not only on knowledge, but on application through real-world problem solving, collaboration and concrete solutions.

The program combines lectures, workshops and interactive challenges that help participants build skills, understanding and responsibility toward society and the environment. Special attention is given to the connection between personal wellbeing and planetary health.

EcoRise is not just an event, but a platform that sparks long-term initiatives, projects and partnerships between young people, academia and industry.
